  Business Consulting (Office Set up, LOS) $40/Hour
  Compliance $40/Hour
  Training (LOS, Investor Websites, DU/LP) $50/Hour
     
*An Independent Contractor Agreement must be signed to get started. Once
fully executed, loan files may be submitted for processing.

*A non-refundable fee of $100.00 is required with each file. Any file
submitted without the fee will be held in suspension until the fee is
received.

*Any file in process that is to be resubmitted to another lender will be
charged an additional fee of $50.00.

*If Processing-Plus is to obtain signed disclosures from a borrower, an
additional fee of $25.00 will be charged.

*Once a file is Clear to Close, payment in full is DUE on or before closing.
Processing charges should be disclosed on the HUD and a check should be cut
directly to Processing-Plus at closing.
